BC Athletics announced and distributed the 2023 Awards and the BC Athletics Junior Development (JD) Crest. 

Mila Cote-Gaudet, with her achievements of 2023 athletics season, won the BC Athletics Award Plaque with the JD standards in High Jump and Combined Events. She also won the BC JD Provincial Champion in High Jump, Shot Put and was the runner up in Pentathlon and Long Jump, winning the Gold Crest with her overall results.  

Cullen Sharp won the Gold Crest with great results in 60m,100, and 60m Hurdles. 

Sage Cooke won the Silver Crest with her great results in hurdles and jumps.

Jamieson Dong won the Bronze Crest with great results in sprint, hurdles and jumps.
