Ages 14-18

Our Athletes 14+ Program is designed for high school-aged athletes who are ready to pursue track and field in a more committed, focused environment to reach their highest potential. At this stage, athletes begin to specialize in specific events, working on advanced training techniques that are tailored to their chosen disciplines.

The primary goal of the Athletes 14+ Program is to foster continuous improvement and help athletes achieve personal bests. Through a structured, year-round training plan, athletes focus on the technical, physical, and mental aspects required to perform at a higher level of competition. Event specialization becomes key, with athletes dedicating more time to mastering their specific events, whether it’s sprinting, distance running, jumping, or throwing.

Attendance and consistency are critical components of the program. Athletes are expected to commit to regular training sessions and develop a strong work ethic to stay on track with their development. By doing this, athletes are better equipped to meet their long-term goals and achieve consistent performances at higher levels of competition, including regional, provincial, and national meets.

The program is designed to develop athletes who are not only prepared for competition but also understand the importance of discipline, commitment, and mental toughness. It offers a supportive yet challenging environment where athletes can continue to grow, compete, and ultimately reach their full potential in track and field.

Experienced head coaches and assistant coaches provide personalized training, guidance, and mentorship throughout the program. With an emphasis on goal-setting and performance tracking, the 14+ Program prepares athletes for both competitive success and lifelong involvement in the sport. The program is a year-long commitment, ensuring athletes stay on track toward reaching their personal and athletic goals.
