Last Saturday, Nina Schultz, achieved another great results in 60mH. The Kansas State freshmen, run at University of New Mexico Invitational, a new personal best of 8.33. This results ranked her # 1 for 2017 Canadian junior ranking list, and # 6 in the 2017 World Junior Indoor ranking at the moment. Schultz, new results, ranked her # 8 at Canadian indoor ranking with 1087 points, and second at 60mH indoor senior category.
Schultz is continuing her preparation for achieving more than 6000 points in Heptathlon as a standard for the participation at Summer University Games, in Taipei, on August 18-23,2017.
This will be the second standard of New West Spartans and VOC Program besides Devan Wiebe who already achieved three times the standards of 800m with the best results of 2:03.21
Sports BC announced nominations of the Finalist of the 51st Annual Athletes Awards.
Two athletes of our program are nominated for the 2017 Awards:
- Nina Schultz for Junior Female of the year and
- Jasper Schiedel, High School Athletes of the year.
